Portal Login Instructions & Guidelines
- Registration / Login ID: Your Login ID is the official Registration Number printed on your IEEF Member ID Card, Approval Letter, or ESC/ITA Certificate.
- First-Time Password Format: For your initial login, the system automatically generates a default password based on your details.
Format: First 4 letters of your name (UPPERCASE) + Birth Year + Last 4 digits of Registration No.Example Scenario:
Name: RAHUL Sharma
DOB Year: 1990
Registration No: IEEF-MEM-2026-1234
Generated Password: RAHU19901234 - Auto-Validation: First-time login is auto-validated by the central nodal system. It is not mandatory to contact the support team or administration office to enable your login after registration.
- Security Mandate: Upon successful first login, please navigate to ‘Account Settings’ from your dashboard and set a custom, secure password immediately to maintain account integrity.
